provided for guidance and may vary slightly due to screen display or
handcrafted nature.
- Gold weight, diamond quality, and gemstone details will
be mentioned in the invoice.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless
stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery. We accept
cash, card, bank transfer, and approved digital wallets.
- Any special orders or custom designs require an advance
payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery (for online orders)
- We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
- Delivery timelines will be informed during purchase,
and delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.
- Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Jewellery once sold cannot be returned for a cash
refund.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase
for unused items with original bill and packaging.
- Custom-made or engraved pieces are non-exchangeable.
- Any defects will be inspected, and replacements/repairs
will be at our discretion.
6. Warranty & Repairs
- We offer free polishing and cleaning services for 1
year from the date of purchase.
- Repairs for damages due to misuse will be chargeable.
- Stone replacement charges may apply based on market
rates.
7. Authenticity & Certification
- All gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked.
- Diamonds and gemstones come with certified quality
reports.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer details will be kept confidential and used
only for billing, communication, and promotional updates.
- We do not share your personal information with third
parties without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Preetham Jewels is not responsible for any loss or
damage after the item has been delivered to the customer.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services
or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be displayed in-store and on our website.
